20 minute Jump Rope Workout


20 minute jump rope workout. 
Repeat this 4 times 
2 minute boxer shuffle,
 I minute in/out jumps ( like jumping jacks), 
30 seconds right leg only, 30 seconds left leg only, 
one minute high knees, 
then rest 30 second!
